This course is for people working in the food processing industry who want to gain skills in the operations and practices relevant to their workplace. You will develop skills and knowledge to enable you to work safely and efficiently in running food manufacturing processes, to assist others in their work and/or supervise others. You will also learn how to monitor the implementation of a food safety program and a quality program as well as monitor occupational health and safety systems and procedures.
