IPLOMA OF COMMUNITY SERVICES (CASE MANAGEMENT)Workers deliver case management and case work intervention services to clients. They work under broad direction from senior managers. Case management is a collaborative process designed to help an individual to achieve a specified goal. To be successful, you need skills in service coordination, communication, networking, risk management, occupational health and safety, and matters specific to case management.
It prepares you for case management roles in the community services sector, including:

Recognition of Prior learning (RPL) is “the acknowledgement of the skills and knowledge” that you have gained through previous studies, work and life experiences.
